Website and inquiry terms
Prairie Compass Sourcing Terms of Service
Published: October 9, 2026. These terms describe the use of this website and its procurement inquiry tools.
Independent sourcing role
Prairie Compass Sourcing presents equipment inquiry options and procurement guidance for business buyers. We act as an independent sourcing partner. A website entry is not a supplier offer, inventory statement, engineering approval or confirmation that a specific product is available. Any procurement arrangement must identify the parties, equipment, responsibilities and commercial terms in a separate written agreement.
Information you provide
Provide accurate business contact details and describe your purchasing purpose. Specifications, quantity, destination and timing help define the request. Mark uncertain measurements and provisional assumptions clearly. You are responsible for obtaining the site information and professional advice needed to assess a proposed installation, including hydraulic design, electrical work and applicable destination requirements.
Quotes and supplier confirmations
Prices, lead times, MOQ, samples, warranties, certifications and support availability require confirmation for the exact quoted configuration. Compare offers using the same quantity, currency, trade term and cost scope. Changes to equipment, freight or installation responsibilities may change the total. An inquiry submission alone does not create an equipment purchase, reserve stock or establish a delivery commitment.
Guidance and calculation tools
Articles, checklists and illustrative situations help organize a purchasing conversation. They do not replace manufacturer instructions or project-specific design. The planning worksheet adds amounts entered by the user; it does not generate a market price or measure savings. Check calculations and omitted cost items before relying on a procurement budget.
Conditional support information
Support eligibility depends on review of the product, quantity, destination and procurement requirements. Published benefit information does not establish an unconditional entitlement. The applicable arrangement, if any, must be confirmed during the inquiry review and reflected in the relevant written terms.
Use of the website
Use the forms for relevant business questions. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another business or attempt to interfere with the website. Content and equipment descriptions may be corrected when new information becomes available. Review the current proposal and documents before making a purchasing decision.
Questions and records
Use the contact inquiry to ask about these terms. Keep a copy of your submitted requirements and the supplier's written confirmations. Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected through the published forms.
Clarify a procurement responsibility
Name the equipment scope and the question that needs confirmation.
