A useful first conversation starts with your field

Contact Prairie Compass Sourcing

Send a business purchasing brief for pivot equipment. You can mark unknown measurements and unresolved installation tasks clearly; an inquiry does not require a finished quote or a selected manufacturer.

Project destination

Use the form to tell us the destination country, state and ZIP or delivery area. Describe site access and unloading limits. No public office or collection address is listed; this illustration represents a procurement conversation, not a physical visit location.

Business contact

Provide a work email, company name and an optional phone number. The inquiry form is the published contact route. We have not listed a separate public email, phone number or social account; please use your requirements to identify the right person for project follow-up.

Season and timing

State the required field-ready date and whether it refers to equipment arrival, installation or commissioning. Add your time zone and preferred contact window. Public business hours and a fixed response time are not established.

What happens during requirement review?

The brief starts by defining equipment and site conditions. We identify missing information that could change a supplier's proposal, including water source and quality, design flow, operating pressure and the electrical or control interface. Open questions stay visible rather than becoming assumed specifications.

Factory matching and quotation comparison depend on the exact request. Availability, MOQ, samples, inspection arrangements and lead time must be confirmed with a prospective supplier. For a new installation, the project owner should also arrange qualified site design and installation review.

Your purchasing brief

Give the quote comparison a clear starting point

List the required equipment, quantity, coverage area and US destination. Attachments are not collected through this form; describe which drawings or records you can discuss during follow-up. If you use a budget range, identify the currency and whether it covers one unit or the entire order.

Your supplier preference describes cost, controls, finish and service priorities. It does not classify a supplier as verified. Keep mandatory technical requirements separate from optional features, and name any existing equipment that the new package must connect to. Browse inquiry options or our Grower Support worksheet to prepare those details.
